WebI think your best bet would be to park at 4 mile creek. It’s right where I-295 meets Route 5. From there you can go in either direction and it’s fairly flat. If you park at Shiplock park there is a big (for Richmond) hill almost immediately. Bonus of parking at 4 mile creek is the Dairy Queen across the road for a blizzard.
