Each Six Questions will take a look into a location for a buried Casque of The Secret Armchair Treasure Hunt. There are 12 buried casques of which only two have ever been found. WebbThe first casque was discovered only a year after the book was released. Three teenagers successfully deciphered Preiss’s riddle map to uncover the secret treasure hidden in Chicago’s Grant Park. It took a staggering 20 years for the second location to be revealed. Sadly, this was the last clue Preiss would see solved in his lifetime.

October 30, 2024 WebbI did some research on Sam Houston and found out he lived in Huntsville TX. I’m wondering if that’s what Byron was referring to when he said there was a treasure in Houston. Could the casque actually be in Huntsville? All I know is Byron was a very clever guy and never told anyone where he buried the casques, not even his wife.
